1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Engaged in the development and management of semi steel formulas for at least 8 years;
3. Familiar with the development principles and processes of various tire formulas;
4. Have certain management skills and experience;
5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
